Chester School of Education: offers teacher materials to support student teachers and others. Mainly Primary core, but some History, Maths and ICT related.
[] From the Guardian, online lessons that could be adapted to create classroom materials. KS2: Maths, Science); KS3: Maths, Science, English, French, Geography; KS4: Maths, Science, English, French, Geography, Business: AS/A: Maths, English, Chemistry. Within the site, Guardian Learning provides an expanding range of lesson packs for both primary and secondary teaching. The secondary section currently offers (alongside "topical" material) resources for French, Business and Science. Teachers notes are provided for these online lessons. An extensive section of resources is now provided for KS3 and KS4 citizenship.

S-Cool: Offers some useful online revision guides for AS/A2 subjects (Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Economics, English, French, Geography, History, Maths, Physics, Psychology, Sociology, together with a more limited range of GCSE subjects.

Schoolzone: All subjects and all key stages. A complex site to use and search. Some searches give limited results, or include much non-UK material. Free registration required for full access. Too big a site to use quickly.

Schoolsnet: Offers online lessons with linked worksheets and teachers' notes, plus revision material across the curriculum and for the primary and secondary phases.

Teachers' Library of Resources: Free site aiming to build collaboration amongst teachers and the sharing of resources. Worksheets, planning guides, tests, revision materials and homework suggestions cover much of the secondary and primary curriculum. Not always easy to navigate to what you need.
